Before this, Paul worked at Morgens, Waterfall, Vintiadis & Co. analyzing distressed-debt investments and Odyssey Partners, L.P. supervising the financial reporting of a multi-million dollar investment portfolio.

Paul received an MBA from New York University and an accounting degree from Binghamton University, and holds an inactive CPA license.

Shawn Nelson is the founder and CEO of Lovesac, a technology disruptor in the furniture category that boasts the only drop-shippable sectional couch solution amongst other patented furniture designs. Shawn graduated from the University of Utah with honors and bachelor’s degrees in Chinese and Asian Studies emphasizing business in 2001, the same year Lovesac opened its first retail location in Salt Lake City, Utah, with dozens more to follow.

He now holds a Masters degree in Strategic Design and Management, and is an instructor in the Master’s Program at the top design school in the nation: Parson’s, The New School for Design, in NYC.

David N. Feldman is a partner at Duane Morris LLP. Mr. Feldman concentrates his practice on corporate and securities law and mergers and acquisitions, as well as general representation of public and private companies, entrepreneurs, investors, and private equity and venture capital firms. He also advises emerging growth companies with regard to alternatives to traditional financing through initial public offerings. Mr. Feldman is also considered an authority on public offerings through the recently implemented SEC Regulation A+. Mr. Feldman is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has served as chair of the board of Wharton’s global alumni association.
